Types of real estate

It turns out that any real estate, first distributed on the two main categories: natural and artificial - and then on the many subspecies. So:
1. Natural objects: land, forest and perennial plantings, water facilities and separate areas of mineral resources. These objects are still referred to as “real estate in nature”.

d) Engineering: reclamation and drainage facilities, integrated engineering preparation of land for projects development and etc.
